群英社國際股份有限公司（Top-Insight International Co. , Ltd.）在1991年於台灣創立，總部設在台北，並於香港、上海及東京等各地設有分公司。發展各電視媒體的播映授權及肖像商品化授權等相關事業。多年來曾成功操作過多部知名動畫（早期宮崎駿動畫系列電影、灌籃高手、鋼彈系列、名偵探科南、網球王子、神奇寶貝、影子籃球員、魔物獵人等）的各項授權業務。
近年來群英社更不斷為數位多元媒體時代的來臨在佈局中，首先在2003年架設MY CARTOON動畫網站，又於 2008年投入數位多媒體發展，展開數位VOD隨選視訊業務，且因應數位發展需求，更於2010年完成數位內容管理系統建置，在2011年1月1日開辦了台灣第一台兒童高畫質數位電視頻道[MY-KIDS TV]，並於隔年10月1日開辦了台灣唯一高畫質綜合頻道[MY-101 TV]，。
未來展望將持續推動數位多媒體相關發展，結合更多數位內容及數位平台的運用，打造新時代下隨手可及(手機、電腦、平板電腦、電視)，處處可見的數位新視界。
Top-Insight International Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 in Taiwan. With headquarters in Taipei and branch offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Tokyo, Top-Insight has successfully broadened its scope of business to content development, distribution, licensing, and merchandizing. Over decades, Top-Insight has distributed numerous renowned animation titles/characters in Asia, such as Slam Dunk, Gundam, Detective Conan, Pocket Monsters, Prince of Tennis, Kuroko’s Basketball, Monster Hunter, etc.
Being one of the pioneers in the industry, Top-Insight has also engaged in new media business for many years. Its animation website “ My-Cartoon” was launched in 2003 and its VOD service was kicked off in 2008. After the completion of its own digital content management system in 2010, Top-Insight launched the first HD children channel “MY-KIDS TV” in Taiwan on January 1st 2011, followed by the launch of the first HD general entertainment channel “MY-101 TV” in Taiwan on October 1st 2012.
Top-Insight will continue to explore the new opportunities in the digital content market. In collaborations with digital platforms, digital contents will be easily accessible via multiple devices, at anywhere and anytime.
