一、會員定義
任何自然人或法人，經註冊申請，均可成為本媒合會員中心的會員。當您註冊完成，即表示您已成為會員並同時享有本中心提供之會員服務。
二、本中心提供之會員服務使用及限制
(一) 您於本中心會員網站完成註冊程序由本中心完成相關設定後，即取得本中心會員之資格，並可開始使用本服務。
(二) 如您有違反本服務辦法時，本中心基於維護安全之考量，將終止您的帳號或會員服務之使用，必要時並將您的會員註冊資料會員服務移除或刪除，您了解並同意本中心將不對此種不當使用負擔賠償或補償責任。
三、個人資料之蒐集、處理及利用
(一) 機關名稱：社團法人中華動漫出版同業協進會
(二) 蒐集目的：
1. 本中心會員整體之統計研究、分析與跨系統服務之提供。
2. 本中心服務推廣、統計分析及其他必要範圍之利用。
(三) 蒐集個人資料之類別：
1. C001辨識個人者，例如：姓名、相片、通訊及戶籍地址、行動電話、戶籍電話、電子郵件地址、網路平臺申請之帳號、提供網路身分認證或申辦服務之紀錄及其他任何可辨識資料本人者等；
2. C003政府資料中之辨識者，例如：本人與配偶之身分證字號、居留證號、統一證號、護照證號、出入境許可證；
3. C011個人描述，例如：性別、出生年月日；
4. C038社會情形，例如：職業；
5. C052資格或技術，例如：學歷、教育、考選、技術或其他專業；
(四) 個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式：
1. 利用期間：會員服務期間自完成會員註冊起至洽本會或本中心表達服務終止之意思表示或本中心終止提供服務之日止；
2. 利用地區：中華民國境內；
3. 利用對象：中華動漫出版同業協進會及其業務承辦單位；
4. 利用方式：以數位檔案形式蒐集、處理及利用蒐集目的必要範圍內之利用；
(五) 行使之權利及方式：
1. 會員依個人資料保護法第3條規定，享有查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用、請求刪除之權利；您可由系統隨時查詢、閱覽及修改個人資料或向前揭所載公務機關以書面通知後，由公務機關依程序處理。
2. 本中心除依法律規定，非經您本人同意，本中心不會自行修改、刪除或提供全部（或部份）個人資料及檔案。
3. 拒絕提供對其權益之影響：註冊網頁「選填」項目，不影響會員使用網站之權利，惟可能導致部分功能或服務無法提供。
四、登錄資料時應注意事項

Welcome to join Chinese Animation & Comic Publishers Association Biz-matching member center (“Member Center”), and use all the service provided by the Member Center. When you complete registration, it means you have read, understood and agreed to accept all the content of the Terms of Service. The Member Center is entitled to modify or change the Terms of Service at any time, and will post any changes on the association website. Please remain up to date on any changes.. You will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the modified or changed Terms of Service by continuing to use the service after a modification or change to the Terms of Service.
I. Definition of Membership
Any natural person or legal entity can be a member of the Member Center after application for registration. When you complete registration, it means you have become a member and will be able to use the services we provide.
II. Use and Limitations of Member Center Services
i. After completing the registration process on our website and the related setup by our Member Center, you will be qualified to become our member and can start using our services.
ii. In the event of a breach of the Terms of Service, the Member Center is entitled to terminate your account or the use of membership services based on safety considerations. When necessary, your member registration data and membership service will be removed or deleted. You understand and agree that the Member Center shall not be liable for any indemnification or compensation due to such misuse.
III. Personal Data Collection, Processing and Utilization
i. Organization name. Chinese Animation & Comic Publishers Association
ii. Purpose of Collection.
a.Overall statistic study, analysis and cross-system service of the Member Center
b.Service promotion, statistical analysis and other within necessary scope of the Member Center.
iii. Category of the personal data to be collected:
1. C001 Type for identifying individuals, such as: name, photo, current and residence address, mobile phone, residence phone number, email address, accounts applied for online plat form, records provided for online ID certification or for applying services and other information that may be used to identify a natural person;
2. C003 Type for identifying in government, such as a natural person and his/her spouse’s ID card number, resident certificate number, business ID number, passport number, Entry/Exit Permit;
3. C011 Individual description, such as gender, date of birth;
4. C038 Social activities, such as, occupation;
5. C052 Qualification or technique, such as, degree, education background, examination, techniques or other professionals;
iv. Time period, territory, recipients, and methods of which the personal data is used:
a. Using Period: The Membership period starts form the member registration completed and ends upon the declaration of intention to terminate the service submitted to the Association or the Member Center OR upon the service is terminated by the Member Center;
b. Using territory: Within the territory of Republic of China;
c. Recipient: Chinese Animation & Comic Publishers Association and its business undertaking organizers;
d. Methods of use: The collection, processing and use of personal data shall be carried out in digital-file format within the necessary scope of collecting purpose;
v. Rights and the methods for exercising such rights:
a. According to Article 3 of Personal Data Protection Act, a member shall be entitled to exercise the rights to make an inquiry of or to review, request a copy, supplement or correct, demand the cessation of the collection, processing or use, and to erase personal data. You may use the system to make an inquiry, review or correct your personal data or it shall be handled by government agency after a notification is sent to the aforementioned government agency in writing.
b. The Member Center will not modify, delete or provide all or part of your personal data and profile unless otherwise stipulated by law or acquiring your prior consent.
c. Impact of refusing to provide personal data. The “Optional” field on the registration page do not affect the member’s rights to use the website, however, part of functions or services will not be available.
IV. Notes On Log-in Information
i. Fill your correct, latest and complete data in the required fields when registering to the Member Center. In case you provide fraudulant or incomplete information, the Member Center is entitled to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse your use of all or part of the services of our website.
ii. You shall be liable for the infringement on the other parties’ rights or breaking the law due to log in with fraudulent information or use the service under someone else’s name. The Member Center will cooperate with procuratorate or judicial authorities, providing your personal data and using records required for investigation.
iii. Once your membership registration is completed, you should remember the password you’ve set and take responsibility for its proper retention. Do not disclose it or share it with any third party, or lend or transfer it for others’ use. If you discover that your account or password has been unlawful or inappropriately used, please notify the Member Center immediately. Otherwise, any subsequent inconveniences shall be your own responsibility.

This service may provide links to websites of other agencies (hereinafter referred to as "Third Parties"). Third-party websites are the sole responsibilities of each agency and are not within the control and responsibility of this service. You may retrieve or link to some inappropriate or unnecessary websites. In this case, this service recommends that you do not browse or leave such websites as soon as possible.
